Royal Dutch Shell and Green Tie Capital have signed a framework agreement to develop over 2 GW of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects to be installed throughout the regions of Spain.
Some of the projects are already connected to the grid, while others will be included in upcoming auctions for grid capacity.
Green Tie Capital is based in Seville, Spain. It has developed more than 3 GW of ground-mounted solar PV projects in Spain to date.
