Capital Energy has announced its plans to build the 20 MW Joluga wind project located in the municipalities of Eslava and Ezprogui in Navarre, Spain.
The wind farm will utilize five 4 MW wind turbines and is expected to generate some 60,000 MWh of power per year which is enough to meet the power consumption needs of almost 25,000 Navarre homes.
Capital Energy has signed agreements with the municipal governments, which will host the wind farm and associated infrastructure and offers to assist the local communities. Under the agreement, Capital Energy is responsible for the construction and commissioning of the wind project.
