The Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge has granted a favorable Environmental Impact Assessment for X-Elio's 88 MW CSF La Atalaya solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Villena, Alicante, Spain.
X-Elio plans to invest approximately EUR100 million (US$99 million) in the development of the solar PV power plant. The company is also launching initiatives to help the local community in Villena and its region.
