You can add and manage team members in the User Management section of your user panel.

Go to the database you are interested in, select the preferred filter options, for example, country, sector, current stage, etc, and apply the filters. After that, just click on the appeared “Set alert” button, and the alert will be created. Alternatively, you can also choose the preferred alert option through your profile- select "Your Alerts" and look for ‘’ Notifications’’ in your user panel. Selected alerts will arrive in your email inbox. If you can't find them, please check your spam folder.

Click on your user account and select "Your panel" where you can find the "Billing" section. There you can get all the information about your current subscription and payments, as well as manage your billing addresses. You can also access it from here.

You can check your account activity in the Security section of your user panel.

You can manage it through the ‘’Payment methods’’ section in your user panel. You can remove and add payment methods as long as you select one of them as ''Default'', which will be automatically charged for the next subscription period.
