Shell has completed the acquisition of a 1,100 MW solar photovoltaic facility located in Spain from Isemaren.
The projects are installed across different regions in Spain. The deal is part of the Framework Agreement signed between the consultancy firm specializing in green investment and ecological transition and Shell in 2022.
Shell has pulled out of various renewables and low-carbon projects throughout the world in recent months as the new management aims to focus on higher-return operations.
