Brazilian firm Renova Energia SA has accepted the binding proposal of Prisma Capital to acquire the 375 MW Phase B of the 743 MW Alto Sertao III wind power complex in Bahia, Brazil.
The deal will be subject to approval such as the General Creditors' Meeting.
Prisma has made the bid in August 2020 with preferential rights for the acquisition.
