Renova secures BRL362.5 million loan for 400 MW Phase I of Alto Sertao III wind power complex

Renova Energia SA secures debtor-in-possession (DIP) loan of BRL362.5 million (US$63.7 million) to complete the development of the 400 MW Phase A of the Alto Sertao wind farm complex in Bahia. 

The credit note structured by the Brazilian independent resource manager Quadra Gestao de Recursos Ltda. 

The transaction is part of the judicial recovery of the Renova.
