Quadra is an independent asset manager organized in the form of a partnership and composed of professionals with extensive experience in the financial market, especially in the origination, structuring, and distribution of fixed income transactions in the domestic and international markets. Quadra's focus is on the management of funds that invest in alternative and illiquid assets, with an emphasis on precatories, credit rights arising from lawsuits, and defaulted credits (both pulverized portfolios and individual credits). Our strategy is to identify alternative assets that allow us to capture the high premium for illiquidity that the financial market in Brazil offers to investors with a greater risk appetite and with longer investment horizons.
