The Brazilian regulator CADE has approves the binding offer of Prisma Capital Ltda to acquire 100% of SPE ASIII Phase B, the special purpose entity (SPE) that holds the 408 MW Phase B of Alto Sertao III wind project.
FIP PSS, an investment fund managed by Prisma Capital, has entered a deal with Renova Energia SA to acquire the project for BRL50 million (US$9.5 million).
