Eletrobras completes sale of 49% stakes in 26 MW Mangue Seco 2 wind project in Guamaré

Brazilian power distributor Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA (Eletrobras) has completed the sale of its 49% stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that operates the 26 MW Mangue Seco 2 wind project located in Guamaré, in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.

Eletrobras has closed the deal to the fund managed by Tradener Group, Pirineus Multiestrategy Investment Fund (FIP Pirineus). Brazilian regulator Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has approved the sale of the project.
