OX2 has sold the 115 MW wind farm Ånglarna to a European utility for SEK 2.7 billion (USD247 million) in Falun county, Sweden.
The Ånglarna wind farm will feature 18 turbines, producing approximately 346 GWh annually, meeting the electricity needs of 69,000 households. OX2 will manage the project's technical and commercial aspects, ensuring optimal production and operation under a 15-year agreement. Acquiring project rights in May 2019 and receiving full permits by February 2023, OX2 plans to commence construction in Q4 2023, with commissioning slated for the end of 2026.
