OX2 has signed an agreement to sell a 20 MW onshore wind farm to Enea Nowa Energia in Bejsce, Poland. The contract value is SEK680 million (US$61.1 million) and the sale was completed in the Q3 of 2023.
The Bejsce wind farm, featuring six turbines, is scheduled for construction in southeastern Poland. The project is slated to commence in September 2023, with commissioning expected in the latter half of 2025. The wind farm is projected to generate approximately 65 GWh of energy annually, equivalent to the yearly electricity consumption of 20,000 households. Following commissioning, OX2 will assume responsibility for both technical and commercial project management, optimizing production and overseeing operations.
