Ingka Investments, the investment arm of Ingka Group, has completed the acquisition of the ready-to-build wind farm and solar park located in north-western Poland for a total investment of EUR190 million (US$202.40 million).
The projects involved are the 63 MW wind farm in Wysoka, Greater Poland Voivodeship, and the 29 MW solar photovoltaic facility in Recz, Pomeranian Voivodeship. The wind project will consist of 11 N149 5.X turbines with a hub height of 125 meters and will have an estimated annual production of 181 GWh. The solar farm is expected to generate about 31 GWh per year.
The two projects are expected to be operational by the end of 2024.
