Iberdrola SA has started the construction of its 50.5 MW Korytnica II wind farm located in the Mazowieckie region, northeast of Warsaw in Poland.
The project consists of 14 V123-3.45 MW units supplied by Vestas Wind Systems. Spanish contractor CJR Renewables is in charge of the construction of the wind farm.
Korytnica II is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2023. Statkraft has contracted the energy that will be produced from the project under a power purchase agreement (PPA).
