X-ELIO has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Nexus Energía. The agreement will allow X-ELIO to build two plants with an installed capacity of 50 MW each in the Spanish region of Murcia. The projects are in the final phase of processing and will be put into operation in the second half of 2019. These projects will generate more than 200 GWh of green energy, which is equivalent to approximately the annual consumption of some 60,000 homes in Spain. The market representation contract confirms the 100% green nature of Nexus Energía.
It is the first PPA that X-ELIO siged in Spain.
