Cubico Sustainable Investments, a London find owned by Ontario Teachers and PSP, has completed the acquisition of a 20 MW solar farm in Spain.
The Luzentia solar photovoltaic plant located in Murcia was acquired for around EUR140 million (US$154.2 million) investment. The project has been in operation since 2008.
The project was purchased from Banco de Sabadell. Gómez-Acebo, Araoz & Rueda, KPMG and EY have participated in the transaction.
