Casa dos Ventos has signed a long-term power purchase agreement with Brazilian shoemaker Vulcabras.
Vulcabras' Ceara and Bahia units will offtake power from the 504 MW Rio do Vento complex in Rio Grande do Norte.
In addition to the 13-year PPA, Vulcabaras can acquire shares to become self-producer.
