Encavis Asset Management AG is advising the Versicherungskammer Group on the acquisition of a 27.6 MW wind project in Ireland. The acquisition will be facilitated by the special fund Encavis Infrastructure Fund III (EIF III).
The wind farm has a total of 8 turbines. Commissioning of the first five turbines is scheduled for 2023. Three wind turbines are nearing completion and could be operational in 2026. After the first five turbines are installed, the wind farm will power 24,400 households and save 25,900 tons of CO2 yearly.
Encavis AM is responsible for the wind farm's operational management, energy management, accounting, and controlling, as well as project structuring and finance.
