Encavis has taken over the 30 MW Pozzolo solar project in Piemont, in the north of Italy.
The solar park produces an annual average of approximately 42 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity and is scheduled to be integrated into the grid in Q2 of 2025. Project revenue will be guaranteed through a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) featuring a pay-as-produced structure for a decade, calculated based on 75% of the solar park's generation capacity. The solar modules within the park are installed on uniaxial trackers, enabling them to track the sun's daily path. Stern Energy will serve as the operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider for the solar park from its commissioning.
