Ardian has acquired 100% of ICQ Holding, a diversified renewables platform with 198 MW of capacity, including 109 MW currently in operation and 89 MW under development, in Southern Italy.
The ICQ Holding's portfolio encompasses 109 MW of currently operational assets. This includes six wind farms, two hydroelectric projects, and two biogas plants. Additionally, there is an ongoing development of wind projects totaling 89 MW. These transactions were executed through Ardian's Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF), which represents Ardian's inaugural open-ended clean energy fund initiated in early 2022. ACEEF maintains its commitment to core renewable assets, such as solar, wind, and hydro, and remains open to emerging technologies across biogas, biomass, storage, and energy efficiency.
