The FERC has issued its final environmental impact statement for the 5 MW Lassen Lodge hydropower project. The project would be developed by Rugraw LLC in South Fork Battle Creek, Tehama County, California, USA.

The project is soley for hydroelectric generation and that it would not occupy federal land or Indian reservations.

FERC staff recommend licensing the project as proposed by Rugraw with some staff modifications and additional measures to ensure it will not contribute to atmospheric pollution, and that it would adequately protect and enhance environmental resources.

Rugraw used the traditional licensing process and filed its application for an original license in April 2014.
