German energy developer RWE AG has started the construction of the 48 MW wind farm located in the town of Znin in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province of Poland.
The project will have 16 wind turbines that are expected to generate enough energy for the consumption of up to 77,000 homes. RWE has secured support in the auction system (CfD, Contract for Difference) for the Żnin project.
The wind farm is scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2023.
