PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, a Polish renewable energy developer, has completed the acquisition of a 72.6 MW onshore wind project located in Czluchow, Poland from Neo Energy Group, a private equity fund owned by Neo Investments.
The wind farm consists of 33 Vestas V110-2.2MW that will be installed in Pomeranian Voivodeship. The project is designed to generate up to 230 GWh of energy per year once commissioned.
The transaction value is estimated at about PLN236 million (US$52.80 million).
