Romgaz launches tender for renewables market study

Societatea Națională de Gaze Naturale Romgaz SA Mediaș (commonly known as Romgaz), the largest natural gas producer and the main supplier in Romania, has launched a tender to provide service for the possible entry of the company in the renewables energy generation sector. 

The main objective of the tender is to provide elaboration of an opportunity study regarding the development possibilities of Romgaz's business in the field of production of energy from renewable sources (wind, solar, geothermal energy, and biogas). 

The study must be conducted within three months after the signing of the contract. 

The deadline for the submission of bids to participate in the tender is on June 16, 2020.
