Clarke Energy, the multinational company specialized in power plants with gas engines, has announced the acquisition of Romanian TEB Energy Business S.A. and its Greek unit Genelco Power Systems.
TEB Energy, located in Bucharest, and Genelco, located in Athens, focus on delivering quality gas engine installations backed by reliable aftersales support. The acquisition will bring Clarke Energy’s technical and service support strength to owners of Jenbacher gas engines.
Jamie Clarke, president of Clarke Energy, said in a press release that this purchase includes the addition of 38 new employees to the company and an installed gas engine fleet in these countries of more than 200 MW in the field.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
