Renova accepts the binding offer for Phase A of 743 MW Alto Sertão III wind complex

Renova Energia SA has accepted the binding offer jointly made by ARC Capital Ltda., G5 Administradora de Recursos Ltda., and XP Vista Asset Management Ltda. on financing for the completion of the works of the 743 MW Alto Sertão III wind complex - Phase A, as well as for the Renova's current operating expenses.

In accordance with the terms of the Binding Offer, the Renova Energia SA will grant a period of 30 days of exclusivity, starting from March 20, for the satisfactory negotiation of the transaction documents between the parts.
