Renova Energia receives offer for Alto Sertao wind complex 438 MW Phase A buyout

Renova Energia has received from Castlelake and its affiliates a binding proposal to buy phase A of 743 MW Alto Sertão III wind farm in Bahia state, Brazil.

Renova said it has not analyzed the offer yet and will keep studying alternative possibilities to deal with its capital structure. The firm is undergoing debt restructuring after it filed a Judicial Recovery Plan last year.
