Q-Energy, EEG Eifel to develop 316 MW of wind projects in Rhineland-Palatinate

Q-Energy has partnered with EEG Eifel to jointly build 10 greenfield wind projects with a total capacity of 316 MW in Rhineland-Palatine, Germany.

The partners are planning to install 40 turbines around the region of Trier. The wind farms are now in various phases of planning, with one project already having received a permit. Q-Energy plans on submitting other permit applications this year.
