Uniper has reached a framework deal with Sunnic Lighthouse GmbH, a subsidiary of ENERPARC AG, for the procurement of electricity from solar power plants across Germany.
Uniper will purchase around 208 GW per year from 53 solar parks with a total installed capacity of approximately 198 MW under the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Sunnic Lighthouse will begin delivering green power to Uniper in July 2022 and initially last until the end of 2027.
