Prime Capital AG, through its Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund, has completed the acquisition of the 70 MW Hallosa wind project that will be constructed in the SE3 zone of Sweden from Kraftö Vind AB.
The wind farm represents a total investment of EUR100 million (US$101.82 million). The construction of the project is targeted to start before the end of 2023 with commissioning by 2024.
