Renewable Power Capital secures funds for 146 MW wind project in Ange

Renewable Power Capital (RPC) has secured bridge financing to support the construction of a 146 MW onshore wind project in Ange, Sweden.

Kommunalkredit Austria AG, in partnership with Generali Global Infrastructure (GGI) and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) served as the transaction's structuring bank and bookrunner. Kommunalkredit had also extended the debt, which had an overall value of EUR130.7 million (US$136.4 million). 

The wind farm's full commissioning is scheduled for the second half of 2023, with turbine installation beginning in the second quarter of 2019.
