Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) has launched the sale of a 10% stake in the gas pipeline company Nova Transportadora Sudeste (NTS)
NTS is a company that is based in Brazil and specializes in the transportation of natural gas in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo. The company is co-owned of Petrobras with Nova Infraestrutura Fundo de Investimentos em Participações, an investment fund managed by Brookfield Brasil Asset Management Investimentos Ltda, and Itausa.
Banco Santander is advising Petrobras in the sale process.
