The Ministry of Economy of the Government of Brazil has postponed the planned privatization of the state-owned company Eletrobras till 2021.
The government is set to generate up to BRL16.2 billion for the transaction. The privatization of the company will structure the economic activity that affected the country with the global pandemic coronavirus.
