OX2 plans to develop the 1.4 GW Tyrsky wind farm project located in the Gulf of Bothnia, in an area southwest of Vaasa, Finland.
The project will consist of about 100 turbines and can generate up to 6 TWh of clean energy. OX2 has secured a research permit from the Finnish authority to develop the project. The company is starting to conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment.
