NTR plc, through its NTR Renewable Energy Income Fund II, has completed the acquisition of the 46 MW Momerstroff wind portfolio located in the Grand Est region of France from ecoJoule GmbH and eolec SAS, subsidiaries of the German developer deanGruppe.
The portfolio consists of two projects - 11.5 MW Momerstroff I which has been operational since 2006 and consists of five turbines and the 34.5 MW Momerstroff II which is in the late development phase with commercial operations expected to start in Q1 2026. The project will consist of ten turbines.
The combined development is expected to generate 101,500 GWh of annual production, enough clean energy to power approximately 19,000 homes per year.
