Nordex has been awarded a turbine supply contract by the VSB Group for the development of the 42 MW wind farm that will be constructed in the voivodeship of Silesia in Poland.
The facility will consist of 13 N117/3600 turbines with individual rates capacity of 3.2 MW. The turbines will be built on tubular steel towers with hub heights of 134 meters. The contract covers the servicing of the turbines for a period of 20 years.
The installation of the turbines is due to start at the beginning of 2024 with commissioning following in the summer of 2024.
