Greenalia SA, a Spanish forestry and energy group, is planning to construct a 50 MW onshore wind farm that will be located in the municipalities of Maceda and Montederrano, Ourense province of Galicia, Spain.
The project will represent about EUR37 million (US$38.73 million) of investment. It will consist of 12 4.2-MW wind turbines. Once operational, the project can generate up to 144 GWh of energy annually.
