China Three Gorges has entered into an agreement with Nexwell Power for the sale of the 619 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio located across Spain.
The transaction is valued at over EUR200 million (US$213.95). The portfolio includes 153 MW of operational solar farms and 52 MW of under-construction projects. The PV plants, which will be operational between 2023 and 2024, are located in the autonomous communities of Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Valencia, Murcia and Andalusia.
