Greenalia has made progress in the development of seven new wind projects with a total installed capacity of 500 MW in Spain by taking forward in their permitting process.
Planned to be located in Galicia, the seven projects are Huracan (56 MW), Nordes (67.2 MW), Boura (72.8 MW), Ventisca (89.6 MW), Monzon (50.4 MW), Borrasca (84 MW), and Mistral (100.8 MW) onshore wind farms. In addition, the projects are already made public in the Official Gazette by the Ecological Transition Ministry, which advances their public information process.
Greenalia finalized all the environmental, archaeological, landscape, and bird impact studies. Projects will be further developed in line with environmental and heritage recommendations once the public information phase is concluded.
