Bruc Alter Energias Renovables secures financing for 49.9 MWp Huelva 2021 solar project

Bruc Alter Energias Renovables, a joint venture (JV) between Bruc Energy, an investment vehicle of Bruc Management, and solar PV specialist Alter Enersun, has closed loan financing for the recently completed 50 MW Huelva 2021 solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Andalusia, Spain.

Banco Sabadell has acted as a lender for the structured loan granted to the SPV that owns the plant.

Watson Farley and Williams (WFW) has advised Banco Sabadell on the transaction..
