Engie Brasil Energia SA, a unit of Engie, has signed a BRL 1.243 billion (US$237.4 million) with the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) for the development of a 361.2 MW Campo Largo 2 Wind Complex.
The project involves the Campo Largo Phase 2 wind project in Sento Sé and Umburanas municipalities, Bahia, Brazil. The project features 86 V150-4.2 MW wind turbines.
The facility is expected to be commissioned by March 2021.
