Enel Green Power has acquired the permit necessary to connect four wind projects to the national grid in Potoc commune, located in Caras Severin County, Romania. The combined installed power of these wind farms amounts to 513 MW.
The two solar parks are expected to be completed and commissioned by the end of 2026, while the other two will be finalized and operational by the end of 2028. These wind energy projects were originally initiated and developed by four companies that were acquired by Enel Green Power in 2021.
The four wind farms will contribute to the production of clean electricity, furthering the company's commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
