Elera Renovaveis has commenced construction works on its 247.5 MW wind power complex in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. The project, which will be situated in the Parelhas municipality, will include ten wind farms with a combined 55 turbines.
Elera estimates that once operational, Oeste Serido will be able to provide enough electricity to supply close to 804,000 homes.
The completion of the project is anticipated for 2024.
