Eiffage, through Eiffage Concessions, has completed the acquisition of a nearly 75% stake in the Sun’R Group (Sun'R) in France.
The transaction represents a buyback of existing shares at the same time as a capital increase fully subscribed by Eiffage. In 2023, the ownership percentage of Sun'R Group by Eiffage will increase to over 80% and the rest of the share capital will be held by Sun'R. The acquisition will allow Eiffage to expand into the field of renewable energy.
