Encavis Asset Management AG (Encavis AM) has concluded the investing phase of the Encavis Infrastructure Fund II (EIF II), a BayernLB-exclusive alternative investment fund for banks.
The most recent investing operations of the fund occurred in Germany. In Rhineland-Palatinate, EIF II acquired two solar farms with a combined capacity of 45 MW. This year, one solar park is slated to be linked to the grid, and the second park is anticipated to be completed in the first half of 2023.
The diversified portfolio of EIF II now includes 22 wind farms and 21 solar farms in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Finland.
