Toyota Tsusho plans 25 MW solar project in Benin

Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Beninese Electricity Production Company have entered into an agreement for the development and construction of a 25 MW solar photovoltaic facility located in the Pobé region of Benin. 

The project will be developed by Toyota Tsusho in partnership with RMT, a German EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) business and a part of the EIFFAGE Group. 

Construction work on the solar plant is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
