EGP starts construction of 93 MW Girgarre Solar Farm in Victoria

Enel Green Power (EGP) has started the construction of the 93 MW Girgarre Solar Farm project located in the state of Victoria, Australia. 

The AUD130 million (US$92.70 million) solar farm consists of about 167,000 solar photovoltaic (PV) modules which are enough to generate up to 200 GWh of clean energy per year. 

EGP is a renewable unit of Italy's Enel Group. The solar farm was acquired by EGP in 2019.
