EDF Energy North America (EDFENA) has signed a 10-year Power Purchase Agreement with Komipo America Inc for the 160 MW Concho Valley solar photovoltaic park located in Tom Green County, Texas.
Under the arrangement, Komipo American Inc will provide energy, Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), and the related environmental attributes to EDFENA. EDFENA will supply power to the natural gas processing infrastructure to serve as a retail electricity provider (REP) in the western part of the state.
The project is scheduled to be operational in September of 2022.
