Doral Renewables signs EPC agreement for 400 MW solar project in USA

Doral Renewables LLC has signed an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Agreement with SOLV Energy for the Mammoth North project in Indiana, USA. The project belongs to the first of the three phases that comprise the Mammoth Solar Facility (1.3 GW AC), one of the country's largest solar farms in development.

The solar project has the capacity to generate approximately 400 MW AC of energy, enough to power approximately 75,000 Midwestern households per year. Mammoth North has already signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with AEP Energy Partners, a subsidiary of American Electric Power (AEP).

The project will be developed in Starke and Pulaski counties and is expected to be operational in 2023.
