All three projects were developed, are currently under construction, and will be operated by Origis Energy. They will supply clean energy at competitive rates through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) signed between TVA and Origis.
Economic benefits from these projects are estimated to include US$106 million in immediate construction and employment gains for the area. Over the solar plants' lifespan, they are expected to yield an additional US$145 million in regional economic benefits. The collective installation will involve around 1.5 million solar panel modules, sufficient to power approximately 126,000 homes.
